Drinking Buddies is an annual month-long hydration initiative that takes place every July. It started simply — drink more water. But it has grown into something deeper: building a real relationship with hydration, your health, and each other. The idea is straightforward. Before July 1, you’ll decide how many ounces of water you want to drink each day — a goal that’s personal to you.
