March 2023: Now, Walk It Out | “It’s time to move!”

This month I invite you join me in a challenge that I’m calling “Now, Walk It Out”. The weather will be warming up soon and there’s no time like the present to get out and walk it out! The rules of engagement? Walk five (5) miles a week. That’s it! You can walk outside, inside wherever you like; you can break up your miles in whatever way works best for you. I want to encourage you to increase your current level of activity and have fun doing so.
